Former White House Director of Communication : "It's above the president's security clearance."
During a Q&A session, Anthony Scaramucci claimed that information related to UAPs was classified as "above top secret."

In a preview of an interview with Former White House Director of Communication Anthony Scaramucci, he opened up regarding his investigation on UFOs during his short period in the Trump’s administration.
In July 2017, he was on the White House senior staff for 10 days. He was responsible for managing Trump’s media campaign directly under his authority, while the Press Secretary acted as the executive branch's spokesperson. Scaramucci’s appointment was shortly followed by information leaks and the resignation of both the Press Secretary Sean Spicer and Chief of Staff Reince Priebus. Scaramucci was dismissed a few days later by Trump’s new Chief of Staff, John Kelly.
Since then, Scaramucci has criticized Trump’s presidency.
In the short clip released to the public, Scaramucci explains:
When I was in the White House and I had the presidential security clearance, the first thing I asked for was the information on the UFOs.
And the intelligence people told me that I couldn't get any of that information. And they said that it was ATS, that information. I said, “well, what is ATS?”
“Above top secret”.
I said, “well, I have a presidential security clearance”.
I can't get the access of the information. It's above the president's security clearance.
Then he referred to an interview by Rep. Luna:
That's what she was saying in the interview with Joe Rogan. She was basically saying that they have proof that there are interdimensional beings that have, through portals, gotten back and forth here. And she said it pretty matter of factly.
Such a claim can raise eyebrows. There is no official classification level above top secret. Secrets can be further protected within special access programs that restrict access to this information. Furthermore, senior intelligence officials can put someone on a "not-briefed-on" list to prevent newly elected presidents from being automatically briefed.
Although the White House's communications director is a senior official who can have Top Secret clearance, it is doubtful that he would have the same access as the President of the United States. Trump himself stated that he was briefed on UFOs, and met with military witnesses.
